Details
This painting almost painted itself when I got home. The experience was so vivid, so immediate, that the marks came naturally. To describe the density, I layered leaf forms in teal, sage, rust and gold, the tropical birds are half-hidden in the canopy, the sense of light filtering through green upon green. The longer you look, the more you find.
Hang this in your home for a burst of the tropics. A reminder that the natural world is endlessly, extravagantly beautiful. It has the energy of a place that is always growing, always moving and yet there is a deep calm at its heart too. It is the kind of painting that changes with the light, and rewards every glance.
A painting for those who gaze and amaze at the natural beauty of our world , where you really feel alive and strive to bring a part of "that" home with you .
Also available as a fine art paper print, or as an original painting.
