Refund policy

I want you to love the art you buy from me. If it isn't right for you, you can return it.

Your right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell me you'd like to return it. You don't need to give a reason. Just email me at racheljeffery2@gmail.com with your order number. Once you've told me, please send the item back within a further 14 days.

How to return an original painting
- Please pack it as carefully as it arrived, ideally in the original packaging.
- Send it with a tracked, insured service for its full value. I'm happy to suggest a courier.
- Unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, the cost of returning it is yours.
- Items must come back in the same condition they were sent. I may reduce a refund if a piece has been damaged through handling, hanging or poor packing.

Prints
Prints are made to order for you by my specialist printing partner. If you change your mind, the same 14-day rules apply. If a print arrives damaged or faulty, please email me a photo within 7 days and I'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
I'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the card or account you paid with. This includes the original standard delivery charge.

Damaged on arrival?
If anything arrives damaged, please keep all the packaging, take photos and email me within 48 hours. I'll put it right.

These terms don't affect your legal rights.
