Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming it. A contract is formed when I confirm your order has been dispatched. Every original is one of a kind. In the rare event that a piece sells elsewhere at the same time, I'll let you know straight away and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout. I never see or store your card details.
Colours and images
I photograph every painting carefully, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Resin and glazed work can also reflect light differently in person. If you'd like more photos or a video before buying, just ask.
Copyright
Buying a painting or print gives you ownership of that physical artwork. Copyright in all artwork and images remains with Rachel Jeffery. Please don't reproduce my work without permission.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
