“Predictable paintings bore me. The unpredictable excites me.”

Rachel Jeffery is a creative artist and educator from Cornwall. Since graduating at Falmouth School of Art, 30 years ago, she has developed her visual language, striving to connect with the places she loves to spend time in, be that her garden, sat at a local cove or travelling.

Rachel has continued to study through a range of short and postgraduate courses, including at the St Ives School of Painting, as well as completing a two-year life drawing and painting course at Newlyn School of Art

She has exhibited widely, in group shows and solo shows locally in the UK. She also enjoys teaching and curating exhibitions. Rachel has collectors in the USA and Germany and many regular purchasers in the UK.

  • Rachel's art pieces transmit sensitivity, skill and a special perception of the world. Her latest work, using textures and colours in a unique way is breathtaking.
