I like to make paintings that relate to the sense of the place, its shapes, forms, colours, textures and rhythms.
With these elements in mind I explore, using a variety of media and techniques . This piece is an exploration made in response to my observations of the patterns, textures and shapes that divide and dissect the jumble of rocks that create the incredibly dramatic cliffs at my local cove.
