I live on Tregonning Hill in Cornwall and from the top of the hill is a fantastic view over to Redruth, St Ives and Godolphin Hill. Every March, purple heather carpets the top of the hill and the gorse flowers start to dominate with bright yellow flowers. This painting was created in response to these colours and shapes around me.
