Rather than painting the view, she gathered the patterns, textures, shapes and motifs she found there, and pieced them together to give an abstracted sense of the place.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA dark form like a cave mouth or a shadowed rock sits at the top left. Through the middle runs a stream of pale water and a cascade of pebble-like circles in grey, teal and white, like foam or stones rolled smooth by the tide.
